Start a quotationEach product page shows its minimum order quantity. Very small orders may carry a separate delivery charge, which is shown on your quotation before you approve it.
7 days from the quotation date. After that, use Reorder on the quotation to request fresh pricing for the same products.
Yes. Prices drop at set quantity levels, shown in the price table on each product page. The lower price is applied automatically in your quote.
Yes. Search for the product and use Request a product, or send the details on WhatsApp. We source it from verified suppliers and quote with GST.
Search productsNew customers pay a 50% advance to confirm the order and the balance before dispatch.
Pay by bank transfer using NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI. Then open the order in My orders, choose Pay advance or Pay balance, and enter the UTR number from your bank.
Go to my ordersAfter a few successful orders, we can consider short credit with a written limit, subject to verification.
Yes. A tax invoice with our GSTIN is issued when your order is dispatched. You can download it from the order page.

In-stock items usually reach you in 3 to 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Items marked On order take longer, and the product page shows the expected time.
Yes. My orders shows each step from confirmation to delivery, including the vehicle and driver details once the order is dispatched.
Contact us as soon as you receive the delivery and share photos on WhatsApp. Returns and replacements follow the manufacturer’s policy for that product.
Certified products show their ISI or EN certification on the product page. Test reports and certificates are shared with your quotation on request.
Yes. Invite colleagues from My account as a buyer, approver or admin, so quotations and orders stay under one company.
